Live Support

Professional DualSense Technical Services

DualSenseTamiri.tr provides DualSense and PS5 controller repair at Perpa Ticaret Merkezi in Sisli, Istanbul. We focus on durable fixes—Hall Effect and TMR anti-drift upgrades, battery and charging port work, trigger mechanics, and microscope board repair—backed by a 6-month warranty.

Why magnetic sensor upgrades?

Standard potentiometers wear with friction. Hall Effect and TMR options reduce that wear path and, after calibration, restore stable stick centering for competitive and casual play alike.

One lab for every DualSense fault

I used the services page to plan a visit. Drift repair, Hall Effect analog, joystick, charging port and battery are all in-house. My controller had more than one issue and they scheduled everything in a single opening. Pricing felt more transparent than other Istanbul DualSense shops. Perpa Sisli is a practical location if you already know the building.

They helped me choose the right analog path

I was stuck between Hall Effect and TMR. Because I play competitive shooters they recommended TMR and explained why. DualSense repair here is not just swapping a part — calibration and a play test are included. Anyone comparing PS5 controller services in Istanbul should read this menu first; it matches what they actually do on the bench.

Motherboard and trigger work are real, not brochure items

Plenty of shops say “we only do analogs.” Here DualSense motherboard repair and L2/R2 trigger service are genuine. After opening my pad they found a flex issue plus a tired trigger motor and finished both the same day. It feels like a specialist laboratory, not a generic gadget counter. Complete DualSense repair in Istanbul.

Shipping is treated as a first-class service

I sent a DualSense from Izmir. Because shipping is listed among the services I trusted the process. Drift repair plus charging-port work came back with photos and warranty papers. Remote PS5 controller repair is clearly designed, not improvised. If you live outside Istanbul, start on this services list and WhatsApp them the cargo code request.

Wide menu, short wait without an appointment

Microphone, speaker, battery, analog — the service list is not fake. I walked in after lunch and waited about 20 minutes. Everything else was excellent. DualSense repair items on the site are actually performed. Next time I will book a slot on WhatsApp. One star off for the wait, five for the workmanship.

Stopped bouncing between three different shops

I used to do analog in one place and USB-C in another. DualSenseTamiri.tr handles PS5 controller repair, joystick, Hall Effect and battery in one lab. Parts quality and the 6-month warranty are consistent. The services page is not inflated marketing. Best DualSense workshop I have used in Istanbul.
