I was nervous about Perpa. Block-floor-number on the contact page plus a WhatsApp pin got me there. DualSense analog repair was finished the same day. I also tried +90 212 210 50 08 — it rings through. Istanbul DualSense service is actually reachable, not a dead phone number on a website.

Shipping code came from the contact line

I sent a DualSense from Bursa. Contact WhatsApp issued the cargo agreement code. Handover photos came back, charging-port repair was done, return shipping was prompt. If you are doing remote PS5 controller repair, start on this contact page. No ghosting, no vague “we received something.”

Hours fit a after-work drop-off

Monday–Saturday 09:00–19:00 is useful. I arrived after work for DualSense repair and they still took the job. I also emailed servis@dualsensetamiri.tr and got a real reply. Contact details on the site are current. Rare for a repair shop in Istanbul to keep phone, mail and WhatsApp all alive.

First Perpa entrance is confusing

The address is correct and DualSense repair was excellent. Finding B Block the first time took a few minutes. A small map on the contact page would help. WhatsApp directions fixed it. Five for service, four for wayfinding. Still the most reachable PS5 controller lab in Sisli.
