Battery replacement brings DualSense playtime back when the pack dies early, shuts down under vibration load, or starts to swell against the shell. Swollen cells are a safety issue — do not keep forcing the case closed or leave the controller in a hot bag.
We replace the battery at our Perpa Sisli lab, verify charge behaviour, and return the controller ready for wireless sessions. Packages commonly start from about 700 TL (TRY only) with a 6-month warranty on covered battery work.
Signs You Need a New DualSense Battery
- Runtime dropped to a short session even after a full charge
- Sudden power-offs during haptics-heavy games
- Shell gap, soft rear, or visible swelling
- Charge percentage that jumps or sticks unrealistically

Safe Replacement Process
The shell is opened carefully, connectors are protected, the old cell is removed, and a compatible pack is installed. We then run a charge check so the controller accepts current and reports sensible status. Swollen packs are handled as a safety priority — do not puncture or compress them at home.
Battery vs Charging Port Confusion
A loose USB-C socket can look like “battery won’t charge.” A healthy port with a dead cell looks like “dies in an hour.” Diagnosis prevents buying the wrong fix. Board-level charge faults, when present, fall under motherboard repair.
Getting More Life From a Fresh Pack
