Workflow is consistent: intake → diagnosis → approval → repair → calibration/test → handover. Anti-static handling and magnification are used for soldering jobs. After stick or trigger work we verify centering, travel, and in-game feel where relevant — “it powers on” is not enough for a DualSense.

Stick Drift, Hall Effect and TMR Options
Contact-based potentiometer sticks wear with hours of play. Cleaning sprays can quiet symptoms for a while, then drift returns. A durable approach is replacing the module — either with a quality potentiometer unit or with a Hall Effect / TMR magnetic sensor that removes friction in the sensing path.

Charging, Battery and Board Issues
A DualSense that will not charge may have a worn USB-C socket, cable damage, a tired battery, or a charge-path fault on the board. We separate those causes before quoting. Loose ports that only charge at a certain angle usually need USB-C charging port repair. Sudden shutdowns or a bulging shell point to battery replacement. Liquid marks or no-power cases go to motherboard repair.
Repair Time, Pricing and 6-Month Warranty
Prices are listed and quoted in TRY only. Simple button or audio jobs start lower; drift with Hall Effect/TMR and board work sit higher. Covered parts and workmanship carry a 6-month warranty for the same repaired fault. Drop damage, liquid ingress after repair, and unauthorized opening are excluded.
Walk-In Istanbul or Ship Across Turkey
European and Asian sides of Istanbul can reach Perpa via Mecidiyekoy connections. Same-day completion is common when the fault is clear and parts are in stock; busy days may need a short WhatsApp confirmation first.
