What Affects DualSense Repair Cost?

DualSense repair prices depend on fault depth and the parts you choose. At our Perpa Ticaret Merkezi lab we offer budget potentiometer swaps and long-life Hall Effect / TMR upgrades. Diagnostics at the workshop are free—you only pay for approved work.

Pricing FAQ

  • • Is diagnostics free?
Yes. Workshop diagnostics are free; no charge if you decline repair.
  • • Why is Hall Effect higher?
Magnetic sensors cost more than standard pots but remove the friction wear path that causes most drift.

Warranty

  • • Are repairs warranted?
Yes—completed DualSense and PS5 repairs carry a 6-month service warranty.
  • • Does shipping change prices?
Listed TRY prices apply nationwide; shipping is separate from the repair fee.

Website prices matched the bench quote

DualSense repair prices on the site were the same numbers I heard in Perpa. Drift repair and Hall Effect options are itemised — no “we will know once it is open” surprise. After too many Istanbul shops that invent fees, this transparency matters. Check this price list before you travel for PS5 controller repair.

Hall Effect premium was explained, not hidden

I could see the gap between standard analog and Hall Effect / TMR. Cheaper path exists, permanent path exists. I chose Hall Effect DualSense drift repair with 6-month warranty. Fair value, not a fake discount banner. Perpa tariff feels like a real workshop list.

Motherboard repair beat a full pad replacement

An authorised quote was almost the cost of a new DualSense. Here they offered board-level repair in the published range. They did not push a battery I did not need. DualSense repair prices without upsell pressure. I would use them again for drift or motherboard work.

Repair fee and shipping listed separately

I shipped from Antalya. DualSense analog repair and cargo were itemised on WhatsApp and matched the site. That split makes remote PS5 controller repair easy to approve. Payment receipt and warranty followed. Honest DualSense repair prices even when you never visit Sisli.

TMR is pricey and worth it for ranked play

TMR is the top line on the DualSense analog list and it stretched my budget. Stick drift has not returned in competitive play. Prices are not the cheapest in Istanbul; workmanship and warranty balance it. I knock one star for cost only. Service itself is five-star.

Free diagnosis really was free

The price page says diagnosis is free. They opened my DualSense, showed the fault, and would have handed it back if I declined. I approved charging-port plus battery at the listed figures. No trap DualSense repair fees. Rare to see a Perpa workshop stick to the published tariff.
